Note: This provides customer choice in seating location and type, reservation time or other services offered.

7.21 Dining Counters and Bars: Where food or drink is served at counters or bars exceeding 34 inches in height, is there a portion structurally integrated into the main counter that is a minimum of 60 inches long that provides a maximum height of 34 inches?

7.22 Utensil and Condiment Areas: Are 50% or more of self-service shelves and dispensing devices designed so that a person in a wheelchair can approach the shelf or device and reach the products or operable parts? Are the counters in the accessible checkout aisles no higher than 38 inches above the floor? Are the tops of any raised edges of the checkout counters no higher than 40 inches above the floor?

7.25 Service Counters: If sales and service counters or windows are provided, a portion of the counter, or at least one window, must be accessible. This includes order counters, pick-up counters, return counters, customer service counters, etc. Are there accessible portions of service counters which are no less than 36 inches long and no more than 36 inches above the floor? Are accessible service windows no more than 36 inches above the floor? When it is not possible to provide an accessible counter, is an auxiliary counter or table available in close proximity that meets the above requirements?
