Evolving Accessibility Widget demo

Riverside Community Bakery is a fictional sample website with the widget installed exactly as a client would install it.

Try it

On the sample website, the widget's button is in the bottom-right corner. The button in the bottom-left corner of this page is our own website's Accessibility Menu, which is a different tool.

Open the panel, turn on a profile such as Visually Impaired or Learning, and watch the sample page change. Keyboard users can open the panel with Alt+Shift+A once focus is inside the sample website.

The sample page is built accessibly on purpose: the widget only adjusts how it is displayed, which is why accessible code comes first.

Open the sample website in a full window (recommended for keyboard and zoom testing: in the frame below, the panel fits the frame, not the window)

What the widget does not do

The Evolving Accessibility Widget lets visitors adjust how your website looks and reads: text size, spacing, contrast, color, motion, focus outline and read-aloud. It does not change your website's code and does not, by itself, make a website conform to WCAG or meet the ADA. Conformance comes from an accessibility audit and fixes to the code, which ADA-Expert also provides.
