Temporary Events
All temporary events MUST comply with the appropriate provisions of Titles I, II & III of the ADA (as well as other state or local laws).
Temporary Events: From block parties to music concerts and art festivals, if your event is open to the public, it must be accessible to all. ADA Title III requires temporary structures meet the same standards as permanent ones (2010 ADA Standards, section 201.3: Temporary and Permanent Structures).
